  • Callum Mitchell-Thomson

    Callum is a Managing Partner of Argon Partners and has 30 years of experience in the Energy, Utility, Renewables and Infrastructure sectors. He has advised on 89 completed transactions with a transaction value of $875bn spanning all transaction types, sub-sectors and countries within Europe. He started his career at Shell, then spent 23 years in Investment Banking at JPMorgan, where he served as a division, sector and country head before becoming the CFO of Golar LNG Ltd.

    He is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants and holds a BSc (Econ) in Economics and MSc (Econ) in Economics from the London School of Economics. He speaks fluent French and German and is a Member of the House of Lords.

  • Stuart Lea

    Stuart is a Managing Partner of Argon Partners and has over 30 years experience in the utility, infrastructure, real estate and telecom sectors. He has been based in the UK, Australia, Singapore and Hong Kong, acting on transactions across 30+ countries. He worked for 20 years at HSBC, latterly in Asia for 3 years, where he was responsible for the coverage, balance sheet and investment banking teams across AsiaPac, in addition to being global head of Real Assets (infrastructure, real estate and structured finance).

    He has acted as both debt and M&A adviser, equity principal and debt underwriter/arranger. He holds a BSc(Econ) in Banking & Finance from Cardiff University.

  • Santiago Gonzalez

    Santiago has over 10 years of corporate finance experience in a variety of industries. Santiago previously worked at Credit Suisse's investment banking division in New York and London as a member of the Global Industrials Group focused on the Transportation & Logistics sector. He previously worked for Chevron in their finance department. Santiago has a Bachelor of Business Administration from Universidad Argentina de la Empresa, a Master in Finance from Universidad Torcuato Di Tella, and an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.

  • Sophia Chaudhry

    Sophia has 2+ years of corporate finance experience. She started her career at Morgan Stanley in London, where she specialised in Transportation and Infrastructure Investment Banking. Sophia holds a Bachelor of Arts in European Politics with Spanish from King’s College London.

  • Isobel Gatehouse

    Isobel has 4+ years of corporate finance experience. Isobel previously worked in Credit Suisse's investment banking division in London as a member of the Telecoms, Media and Technology group. Isobel holds a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from the University of Birmingham.

  • Garrett Van De Ven

    Garrett has 5+ years of corporate finance experience in a variety of different industries. Garrett previously worked at Rabobank International where he provided strategic advisory services for M&A and refinancing as well as structured capital solutions for minority and corporate venture investing. He holds a Bachelor of Arts and a Master of Management from Duke University and the Fuqua School of Business.

    Alex has over two years of corporate finance experience. He previously worked at Barclays Investment Bank on the Global Industrials team, where he provided strategic advisory services related to mergers and acquisitions, financing, and equity capital markets for corporate clients and financial sponsors. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the McDonough School of Business at Georgetown University.

    Ted has over two years of corporate finance experience. He previously worked at Bank of America on the Transportation and Logistics team, where he provided strategic advisory services related to mergers and acquisitions, financing, and equity capital markets for corporate clients and financial sponsors. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the McCombs School of Business at The University of Texas at Austin.
